Josh and Jason and his team were outstanding! I'm a property manager and work with contractors all the time, and usually end up doing most of the work myself because I'm constantly going back and fixing what the contractors mess up. But Josh and Jason and his team are different. Great upfront communication, didn't try to upsell (I initiated a few changes during the project and Josh either took care of them for free or charged a very minimal cost for the added material), stayed within budget, and did exceptional work (even better than I do -- and I've never said that before about a contractor). My job took a little longer than expected due to the specific conditions, and Jason and his team didn't cut any corners at the end like most contractors do just to finish up the job and go home. I think they even increased their focus on the details. Details are what makes the difference. Josh even had contacts for other quality contractors for other work that I needed done at different properties that he's built through his many years of experience. You can't go wrong with Josh: excellent detailed quality work at very reasonable prices that you can trust will be completed honestly. You should expect to pay more for experienced expert contractors, but I actually paid what I normally would for much lesser contractors. He's on my very short list of preferred vendors, and I have another job for him lined up that I've been putting off for a couple of years because I now know who can take care of it for me.

Josh and team provided an all-around great experience! I have a very high ceiling that was heavily textured, and wanted to her that, as well as the walls, all smoothed out and painted. Of the several painters who came to give me an estimate, I was impressed with Josh's demeanor, and his quote was very reasonable. When the project started, I was equally impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of all the team members, and the end result is just what I was envisioning! I would happily hire Josh and his team again.

Josh and his company were incredible. They were efficient and their work is second to none. We had them paint the exterior of our home which hadn’t been touched in many, many years. They made sure to caulk in every inch necessary and were so understanding with my many questions! Communication with Joshuah was so easy. We were able to reach him nights and weekends, even. I am a realtor always looking for quality contractors. This is the 2nd time I have used Josh and his company and they do not disappoint. Josh is extremely professional and understands the importance of my relationship with my clients. Jordan, the project manager, was very attentive and friendly while taking photos and notes for the estimate. My client was on a snug timeline to get the townhouse painted and on the market and Josh and his team made it possible. It was a 2 day job (everything was painted except for the floor) and they worked long and hard to get it done. They leave the extra paint which is perfect if the new buyers want to change anything or use it for touch ups.
